Cavalier wanted to introduce a piece of collectible fine-art that was both affordable, and unique. This 22” x 30” screen print carries character through meticulous details, bold illustration, and quality production. The illustration itself is an unorthodox representation of a traditional meat diagram. We’ve decided to pair it down to the essential meat cuts, illustrating and type-setting twelve different cuts of beef. Printed and illustrated under one roof in Arizona, this piece is presented on Rives 100 lb. cotton stock. We also decided to keep a deckled edge with versatility for framing or solo presentation.
